This is a brand new role for the company, due to continued growth of this well-established business who have an outstanding reputation in the market. • Conduct market research on salaries, benefit packages, pensions
• Analyse data and prepare presentations and recommendations for the board
• Influencing retention and employee engagement initiatives
This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a compensation and benefits role or a passion for benefits within a generalist role but now wants to focus and specialise in this area.
