Our client is a household FTSE name in the retail and consumer space based in Central London. We are looking for an inspirational leader to develop and implement the talent management strategy across the group. There is large scope for this role and this role would have a global responsibility for talent management. Our client is looking for a passionate, engaging and customer centric individual to join their successful and growing HR team.

The key duties include:

Talent management strategy - lead the development and implementation of talent to deliver the HR people plan

Provide the organisation with a broad range of innovative solutions to drive talent and business performance

Relationship management - thorough understanding of the business and provide talent expertise to the business leaders as well as supporting the businesses externally and building a strong employer brand

Developing and delivering talent programmes to the business to increase performance and capability

Talent systems

Analyse and evaluate talent data for business areas to drive performance

Our client is looking for an experienced Talent professional. You will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management ability as well as strong experience working with the leadership population. You will need to be an innovator, inspirational, integrity and be able to work as part of a very successful team.
