HR Director - High Growth Bio Tech
Our client, a global, growing Bio-technology Organisation at the fore-front of transforming emerging medical and clinical science and health, have an exceptional opportunity for an EMEA HR Director to join them on a permanent basis as a key strategic and operational business partner for region. This EMEA HR Director will define, develop and implement global, functional and regional HR initiatives, with responsibility for the delivery of all HR service delivery in EMEA.Business Partner the EMEA General Manager and associated leadership teamProvide consultation on organization design, team effectiveness strategies, and change management programs.Work closely with the local leadership teams in the creation and implementation of organization design and scaling initiatives.Lead the implementation of business initiatives including talent management, succession planning, total rewards and incentive compensation, and employee development.Serve as a key liaison in facilitating cross-functional and multi-site project management initiatives.Provide consultation on employee engagement and satisfaction techniques designed to build the desired organizational culture.Provides advice and guidance on all aspects of performance management including leadership development, accelerated development, coaching, and dismissals.Drives regional compensation and benefit strategies within the global framework to address local needs.Partner with the Regional Talent Acquisition leader to support timely hiring of staff.Serve as the liaison with the company's HQ HR team to ensure a strong advocacy of regional needs, opportunities and challenges. The successful candidate will be degree educated, ideally with a Masters or further education in related field. You will have a strong track record as a HR leader, a strong generalist background, with experience supporting multiple countries in EMEA. Experience in BioTech / Pharma / Life Sciences industry, or supporting sales, marketing / commercial organisation in technology or similar environments. You will be a highly commercial HR Director with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience of supporting high growth and scaling a business rapidly is preferred and will be a real advantage.
