HR Business Partner - Paris
The Human Resources Business Partner will support the initial and ongoing launch and activities across a new client account for our client in France. The role, based in Paris, will provide a consultative approach to human capital/human resource management for the company's operations in country.
The role will work in a matrix-type environment to develop and drive the functional strategy, including: talent acquisition, induction, performance management, leadership development, compensation and reward along with fundamental HR programs and practices in an effort to deliver a world class culture and employee experience. The identified individual will be responsible for advising and counselling employees and line managers (people leaders) on policies and procedures of Human Resources, appropriate resolution of employee relation's issues and providing management training in interviewing, hiring, performance review, promotions, safety and employee relations.
The Human Resources Business Partner will report directly to the Human Resources Director in the United Kingdom and indirectly to the Country Manager in France.
This role will be accountable for supporting clients across various Corporate Functions (Client Services, Product, Marketing, etc.) setting priorities, aligning HR resources, leading implementation, and achieving the performance that will have the greatest impact on their business agenda. Providing counsel and support to clients, the Human Resources Business Partner will be required to liaise and partner with Centres of Excellence (in London and Nashville, Tennessee) to best serve the needs of the business and to align to Europe's overall strategy.
This is a permanent role and will be based in Paris with some travel to London/US.
