This recruitment manager opportunity is a newly formed position in the business so if you would be excited to build something new then this is an opportunity not to miss out on. This is a broad resourcing role; it really is a blank sheet of paper. You will be responsible for building the recruitment strategy working with senior operations leaders to understand their people agenda, growth plans and hiring needs through to managing multiple recruitment campaigns, managing the recruitment process end to end and leading on numerous recruitment projects to support the growth agenda.
You will be a commercial thinker and a relationship builder; you will have a strong track record in building your own network and talent pools of candidates, you will be able to demonstrate where you have reduced overall agency spend and above all you will be able to show that you are an expert recruiter with highly developed sourcing skills. You will have multiple examples of where you have improved direct hire, cost per hire, time to hire and productivity of hire.
This is a recruitment manager opportunity that has a really nice mix of recruitment strategy, recruitment project work and end to end recruitment delivery.
