Interim HR Business Partner - MediaLondon My client is looking to hire an interim HR business partner for a 3-6 month assignment. As HR BP you will report into the HR Director supporting a number of key client groups across the global business. Candidates should expect to work collaboratively with all the business leads supporting in the delivery of the business agenda driving forward align HR objectives. Key responsibilities will include;Aligning the people plan for the client group, taking into account regional strategy, the wider HR agenda and any specific people issues that may exist.Pro- actively support line managers to deliver the above alongside any tactical interventionsEnsure that core HR processes are applied pragmatically and in a legally compliant mannerDevelop a manpower plan for the client group enabling resourcing to be managed strategically. This includes developing a strategy for recruiting disruptive hires.Responsible for the delivery of all recruitment through liaison with the recruitment and training centre of expertise.Accountable for efficient delivery of HR administration through the operations teamWork with line management to ensure that reward strategy is appropriately implemented for their client group and deliver the annual reward cycle including STIImplement talent management processes for all employees, including succession planning at lower down levels than the current SMR processAdvise management on training and developmentHandle any ER cases with due regard to legal complianceTake the lead in specified areas across the HR team Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work as a Business Partner to a specific client group whilst holding an in-depth knowledge of HR processes and policies.
