Your new company
This international company specialises in underwriting services with offices in London.

Your new role
You will be advising managers on employee relations issues including employment legislation and company policies. You will also work on rolling out the performance management process on the company HRIS system. You will also be liaising with external recruitment agencies and helping with managing offers. There may be some ad hoc project work involved with this role.

What you'll need to succeed You must have proven HR Advisory level experience preferably within the Financial or Professional Services. Experience of managing relationships with stakeholders including senior management. You must be CIPD qualified or equivalent. This role is an immediate start.
