Due to a large period of growth, they require a Recruitment Partner to join the business on a temp to perm basis. As the Recruitment Partner, you will cover all London and regional roles for the business. The most important elements of this role is having someone who is keen to get ahead of the game, build strong relationships and be able to manage constant change across the regions.Duties will include:Lead and manage the end to end Recruitment and Selection process for all allocated positions ensuring best practice is applied and policy/process adhered toBuild and maintain a pipeline of external talent across maximising the channels available such as internal employee referrals, Linked In network and speculative enquiries. Establish, maintain and share a database across the HR team in order to maximiseAdvise and coach hiring leaders on appropriate recruitment and selection methods and ensure they understand their responsibilities across the UK and USAEnsure the delivery of a world class candidate journey for all applicants within the recruitment process - keeping candidates in the loop and updated on the processCommercially minded with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills coupled with a tenacious can-do attitudeAbility and willingness to assist with coordination of interviews etc. Key skills/experience: Previous in-house experienceIdeally from an agency backgroundHighly organisedAbility to establish and build relationships with senior stakeholdersBe resilient, and cope well under pressure with a high volume of rolesHave a consultative recruitment approach This role is a temp to permanent opportunity, therefore you must be available immediately.
