Interim Employee Engagement Manager- 12 month contact - Southern Europe
An experienced Interim Culture and Engagement Manager is sought for a unique and interesting 12 month contract, based in Southern Europe. Our client is a market leader in its sector and has embarked on a change program to integrate recent acquisitions.
The Employee Engagement and Culture Change Manager will be responsible for defining the employee engagement strategy for the period of integration. This involves defining the engagement measures for satisfaction, advocacy, retention and pride and the specific initiatives and channels of distribution used to measure and improve engagement in each of these areas.
Hand in hand with defining the employee engagement strategy this role will also take a lead in the embedding of a newly created culture and behaviors framework into the organization
Specifically you will:
*Identify the interim approach, methodology and specific initiatives to be launched across all companies, and define the appropriate channel of delivery and distribution
*Project manage the design, development and deployment of each initiative, ensuring delivery on time, in budget and full utilisation of all resources
*Work hand in hand with internal communications and marketing team to ensure development and deployment of joint initiatives
*Conduct and provide ongoing analysis of engagement in staff and identify approaches to increase engagement where attention is warranted
*Work with HR colleagues to identify engagement drivers needed for each new functional area and develop functional specific engagement iniatives over and above group-wide solutions
