Occupational Health Immunisation Nurse

A full or part time opportunity for an experienced and qualified


Immunisation Nurse with Occupational Health experience.

You will be responsible for running clinics and administering Hep B, MMR and VZ immunisations. You will also take blood as part of pre-employment screening. The role also involves a considerable amount of office based work including paper screening of pre placement health questionnaires and calling clients to assess their health issues. Risk assessments for needle stick management, analysis of blood results and making appointments.

You will need to be up to date with immunisation training, venepuncture, basic life support and anaphylaxis training.

Hours – FT 40 hours Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00.

Working from home may be considered if near to a clinic base.

Monthly travel required to clinics in Cambridgeshire, Ipswich, Bedford and Norfolk.

Generally this role is 2/3 days a week in clinic the rest being office based.

Benefits include 25 days leave plus BH, mileage paid at 45p per mile from base and pension available.
