Occupational Health Advisor
Cambridge - A full time permanent role (4 days per week may be considered) with an international construction group. Working closely with the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment team you will advise and assist in the development of an Occupational Health policy, assess the work environment for potential occupational health problems, monitor employee exposure to hazardous environments and undertake statutory health surveillance. You will conduct a range of health (Safety Critical) assessments and deliver drug and alcohol testing.
You will need to have a specialist qualification in Occupational Health, a degree would be preferred and ideally at least three years’ experience in the construction sector.
You will need to have a confident personality and the interpersonal skills needed to interact with personnel at all levels.
Flexibility will be important as shift patterns may vary and travel to other sites may be required occasionally.
