Superb opportunity for an experienced in-house/RPO or agency recruiter looking for a role with a partnering focus. My client is seeking a Recruitment Advisor based at their head office in the Basingstoke area and are offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 + benefits. Suitable candidates must have a full driving license and be willing to travel. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager you will oversee all management recruitment activity across a defined area of the business, managing the candidate journey through the entire recruitment process, from point of application up to offer stage. Key responsivities; * Ensuring job requisitions are correctly raised and authorised * Conducting full job briefings with line managers * Writing job adverts * Working with marketing to create attractive and sucessful advertising campaigns * Organising and facilitating assessment centres * Providing interview coaching and training to line managers where needed * Providing candidates with constructive feedback * Making candidate offers and assisting in the production of offer letters * Creating talent pools and pipelines for future requirements * Building relationships with a range of hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation * Producing recruitment MI and interpreting it to identify recruitment trends * Look to continuously improve the selection process, including creatively designing and implementing new assessment tools, materials and interview packs You must have experience recruiting a fast paced environment - excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential aswell as the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with the confidence and conviction to make decisions. You must have a clear understanding of modern recruitment principles and techniques and be flexible with a flair for innovation and an excellent eye for detail.
