HR Business Partner - 12 month ftc - Watford - £45-52,000 plus benefits
Excellent opportunity to join this well known organisation as a HR Business Partner to cover a 12 month maternity contract. Reporting into the HR Director, the role will touch every area of a generalist HR role. Sitting in the heart of the business with a small team you will need to be comfortable in handling operational and tactical HR activity across ER, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, employee engagement, talent management.
Duties and responsibilities will include:-
- ER Case Management
- HR Policy development
- Internal and external recruitment
- HR Projects
- Managing 3rd party benefits
- Delivery of training
You will need the following experience:-
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Strong generalist HR experience
- UK Employment Law knowledge
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- HR compliance
