This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR looking for a large, global brand who are currently going through a time of huge innovation, change and transformation, of which this Senior HR Business Partner plays a key part.

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for a client group of 300. This is one of the most business critical groups, so it is fast pace and incredibly demanding, but brilliant!

It is therefore essential that applicants have experience working for a large organisation, and have experienced a lot of transformation and change within a role.

Given the client group, who are senior and very creative, experience of working with such people is also highly advantageous.

Despite the seniority of this role, it is important that the successful candidate is happy to take a hands on approach, this is not a role where you will be delegating, and only looking at strategy, they are looking for someone who is going to get out there in the business, and really get to know the commercial needs and the stakeholders.

Experience of working in a fast pace, ever changing environement will lend itself favourably to this role.

It is important in this role that you are commercial, and comfortable using metrics and data, and get a good balance between innovation and hard facts and figures.

You will get a lot of exposure on this role, and steps will be in place for progression to director.

This is a true, all round senior HR Business Partner role, which requires a resilient, self starter who thrives when working in an ever changing environemnt with an incredibly high performing team.
