Interim HR Project Manager
I am looking for an Interim HR Project Manager to support on the following:
*Pensions auto-enrolment proposal, selection, systems and processes set up, communications. (There are certain templates they need to set up as well as info sessions and Q&A with employees). Liaising with payroll company and the provider (if different).
*HRIS set up finalising and operationalising to the point where whole company is using this day-to-day, business as usual. Including that we have all standard and monthly reports set up correctly.
*Support setting up the performance management process, also on the HRIS side. (Including the feedback mechanisms which are likely to be somewhat complex and multi-dimensional).
