A global market institute based in Canary Wharf are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a period of 6-12 Months. They are experiencing a period of change as they expand to adapt to their market You will be joining a proactive environment, where you will report directly into the Regional HR Director. You will be the primary interface within the UK Operations division which consists of circa 200 employees across the UK and Benelux.

Key responsibilities include:

Create a People Plan for the client group, taking into account regional strategy
Proactively support line managers from a generalist HR capacity
Lead on employee relations including; TUPE, redundancy, organisation change, disciplinaries and grievances
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure all recruitment within your business area runs smoothly
Advise and manage talent management, succession planning, reward strategy, and full employee life cycle
Produce and analyse HR data reports which may be ad-hoc, monthly head count report, leavers and starters report.

Key Skills required for this role:

You must have worked in a similar HR Business Partner capacity within a matrix organisation
Ideally hold a 2:1 degree or equivalent
Strong UK employment law knowledge
Excellent analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management

Salary: £50K - £55K for 6-12 Months
