Learning & Development Manager
An international law firm I work closely with are currently recruiting for a Manager within their Learning & Development team. The team are a close-knit function and are looking for an experience trainer to join them and their engaging colleagues.
This person will be joining a well-established L&D function who pride themselves on their team's design and delivery skills. Experience of this is crucial to the role as the team rarely really on external providers. The role will also involve delivery of courseware to a range of group sizes on a regular basis.
You will also spend a lot of time within the business gaining an understand of the firm's needs and areas for development and investment and, alongside your team members, will be looked on as an L&D subject matter expert.
To be considered for this role, you must be of degree calibre and you must have extensive L&D experience. Ideally, this experience will stem from a professional/financial services environment although other sectors may be considered. Please do not apply if you do not possess L&D management experience.
