HRIS Implementation Project Manager – Midland HR /iTrent
We are partnering with a household UK name on a HRIS Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of Midland HR (iTrent). This is a 10 month contract. The HR function has recently undergone a fairly significant transformation and this is the organisation’s first HR System and is a key project.
Reporting into and working closely with the Reward Director, you will take ownership of the implementation of the new HRIS System (iTrent) across the entire organisation, implementing processes and ensuring a smooth transition on to the system. In addition you will be responsible for designing and delivering training, producing user guides and managing user access rights and be the first point of contact for any of the organisations HR information systems.
To be successful in this position you will have significant relevant experience within a HRIS capacity and it is essential that you have successfully led a Midland HR / MHR / iTrent implementation project. You will have exceptional IT skills and be competent around MS Excel and also have a solid understanding of best practice data protection procedures.
