HR Business Partner
Our client is a well-regarded manufacturing organisation who are experiencing a huge period of growth and success globally. They’re looking to expand their HR team with the appointment a strong generalist HR Business Partner with strong MI and benefits management experience. Your role will be to partner with Supply Chain team to drive outcomes and help the business achieve their strategic and commercial goals.
Ideally, you will currently be an HR Business Partner within a Manufacturing or Logistics organisation. You will need a commercial approach and the ability to work with senior stakeholders to drive effective change. This is a very fast-paced culture with an entrepreneurial spirit. The role will predominantly be based at head office and they fully support part-time or flexible working if required.
This would suit a proactive, pragmatic self-starter who can prioritise workload, build effective relationships with their client group and manage stakeholders effectively. You must be polished, professional and credible in your approach to business partnering and want to develop within your career.
