HR Analyst - Compensation & Benefits - Global - 12 Month FTC
I am excited to be partnering with a Global business based in West London to hire an HR Analyst on a 12 Month fixed term basis. Following a large scale restructure this multinational require a candidate to help them shape the business moving forward in particular across Compensation and Benefits and with the introduction of a new HR system. You will partner with the HR Team to implement global processes around total reward which will form the basis of the future strategy. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Very strong HRIS experience and advanced Excel
- Experience of implementing a new system across a number of countries and currencies
- Supporting salary benchmarking and job grading
- Supporting the annual salary review process
- Previous experience with Workday, Towers Watson, Taleo or similar
Proactive and flexible approach essential
Salary circa £50,000 plus excellent benefits
