Regional HR Manager - South
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional HR Manager to join this rapidly expanding utilities business covering sites across the South. An ideal base location would be Bedfordshire or surrounds.
Reporting to the HR Director, this role will operate with a high level of autonomy supporting a variety of contracts and the senior leadership teams within the South and South East of England.
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for HR services within the region, supporting the day to day operations including matters relating to employee relations, resource solutions and implementing HR Policies and practices which add value to the business.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an autonomous environment with competing priorities and commercial challenge. You will have access to Resourcing and Learning & Development support as well as administration support from the support services team based in Head Office, but will be the main point of contact for more senior matters and decisions in your region.
The suitable candidate will have a demonstrable track record in multi- site, unionised, commercial environments. You will also have nn understanding of the challenges, and previous experience of working with large, complex blue chip clients. Experience with Utilities, Engineering or Construction sectors would be preferable.
