You read my job description below and make a note on your "To Do" list to send me your CV…

Work gets busy and you decide to do it tomorrow…

You finally send me your CV and I tell you that due to the overwhelming response I have now short listed and set up interviews….

You cry and have to apply for a less interesting role with another agency. So…don't say I didn't warn you folks. Here goes…

If you have been working as an HR Business Partner for the past couple of years but need a more challenging role with plenty of exciting HR projects to get your teeth into, then this could be exactly what you have been looking for.

This is certainly one of the most interesting and exciting clients I have the pleasure of working with. Everyone in the team shares a passion for providing a first class HR service and when I asked them to describe their culture they said:

"Jo - we are a team who 'work to live' not 'live to work'. We all love our jobs and are passionate about HR, but we certainly don't work long hours and all have busy lives outside of the office."

You can tell the moment that you meet them that they all get along really well and love being part of a small HR team (with a Global reach). I asked them to describe the best thing about working there and one of the team commented:

"I previously worked for a highly matrixed Corporate business as part of a large HR team and became frustrated at how narrow my role was. Here I am involved in everything from driving the change agenda to delivering firmwide project work. I have learnt more in 6 months than I did in 3 years at my last employer".

The offices are bright, modern and light and situated within walking distance of Cannon Street, London Bridge and Bank. This role would suit a career minded HR Business Partner who is looking to develop their career with the support of a great team and would offer you the opportunity to get involved in a number of exciting projects they are working on this year.

Here's what to expect:

  • The opportunity to challenge existing HR ways of working and a business with an appetite for HR.
  • Exploring and challenging team structures to improve business efficiency.
  • Coaching Senior Leadership, not just on people issues but decisions and direction.
  • A fully client facing role where you can expect involvement in some exciting HR projects which are on the agenda this year.

Don't delay…happy to email you further information and a job description.
