Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join the busy HR team on a 12 + month contract to cover maternity leave. The successful person will be an experienced HR Administrator with strong HR systems and general administration experience. Key areas of focus will be
- Taking a key role in supporting the implementation of the new HR system (Cascade)
- Supporting the HR team and liaising directly with Cascade setting up HR work flows & processes for the new HR system
- Responsible for updating the current HR database in relation to any HR matters, employment status changes, e.g. salary reviews, internal transfers/secondments, promotions, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Co -ordinator or Administrator who is familiar with HR Systems and has some experience of HR system implementation
