Interim Reward Specialist
We are partnering with a growing organisation based in Surrey who is looking for an interim reward specialist. The post holder will design and develop the job evaluation policies and processes as well as guide and train colleagues on Hay evaluations, to ensure roles are evaluated fairly and consistently. You will own the grading and job evaluation across EMEA a well as develop, and implement job families with global colleagues in support of globalisation. In addition, the job holder will also support EMEA Reward on policy development, and provide a wider breadth of reward activities such as supporting the effective delivery of reward cycles, and other reward projects.
The successful candidate will have in depth international reward management experience with strong customer focus; in multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural settings. You will be a graduate or have an equivalent professional qualification and/or proven expertise.
