HR Business Partner
My client, a leading private healthcare provider, is looking to recruit an HR Business Partners to support one of their market-leading facilities in London. Working closely with the HR Director, you will be work closely with the business leaders to ensure a high quality HR service.
The role will be high profile and will cover the full generalist remit, with the support of functions based at the Head Office. Working with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will partner, coach and mentor them around performance management, leadership development and staff engagement. You will also take an operational role and be hands-on with TUPE (in and out), staff deployment, redundancies, workforce planning and employee relations. you will also stand in for the HR Director when necessary and be able to work autonomously and to a high standard.
The right candidate will be very credible, have a great generalist skill set and be able to work with challenging stakeholders. A good knowledge of UK employee legislation, TUPE process and employee relations is essential. This role would suit someone who has a background in private healthcare, retail, hospitality or any other fast paced yet corporate environment. Previous experience in a Business Partnering role is essential.
