Recruiter - German Speaking
Oakleaf are looking for a German speaking Recruiter to join a global retailer that has a large presence in Europe. The Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team in a period of high volumes of recruitment in Northern Europe and across the business. A significant focus will be on supporting with Resourcing and Recruitment of roles in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to Post job adverts on job boards and on our websiteCarry out extensive research according to detailed job briefsCo-ordinate between all stakeholders to arrange interviews, manage confirmations and any reschedulingFully brief candidates on rolesCarry out local market research to ensure a best 'to market' approach according to the role, location and urgencyManage any agency relationships as neededBook travel for candidates/interviewers and arrange meeting roomsUpdate ATS with all details and status of candidates and rolesEnsure clear and accurate forms and records are available for each stage of the recruitment processEnsure accurate job descriptions are produced and savedSource, screen and telephone interview candidates in English and GermanWork with the Recruitment Executive and Recruitment Manager to support any other recruitment as neededWork proactively and with minimal supervisionSupport with any HR administration e.g. contract production as needed to cover absence or travel Please note a prerequisite for this role is to be fluent in German.
