Regional HR Business Partner
This is a fantastic opportunity for a growing international business expanding their Regional Business Partner footprint. They are looking for an additional member of the HR Business Partnering team to support the regional SMT. You will partner the business to influence and steer strategy, driving change to develop people capability and support the organisations ambition of becoming the market leader. Other key accountabilities will include:
HR Projects, Change and Transformation programmes.
Lead succession planning process and ensure achievable talent plans.
Lead on organisational design and change management.
Drive a culture of business ownership and accountability for people management practices.
Coach and influence senior leaders in order to enhance or change culture.
A strong HR generalist you will have significant HR Projects, Change programmes experience. An ambitious, fast paced, innovative HR professional you will demonstrate credibility and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
