Learning and Development Co-ordinator

This globally recognised Professional Services Business are in search of a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join their fantastic HR Team. Working within the learning and Development department will mean providing support for a range of development workshops and programmes, in addition to administrative co-ordination.

The Learning and Development Co-ordinator will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous Learning & Development is essential.
  • Manage and co-ordinating the drafting and updating of project plans.
  • Arranging all aspects of project activities.
  • Creating communications for various programmes and workshops with other members of the HR Team.
  • Closely working with the People Development Administrator to ensure all programmes and workshops are fully organised.
  • Co-ordinated at events in terms of equipment, invitations, refreshments and support.
  • Communicating with both internal and external contributors and experts.
  • Answer any queries and meet & greet on the day of programmes, signing in visitors and providing general support.
  • Providing administrative support throughout large-scale events.
  • Working with Head of People Development (UK) & the People Development Manager to analyse data from feedback and relevant information to identify trends.

Essential experience/ skills:

  • Must have previous experience in Learning & Development.
  • Must have a genuine interest in the role in a commercial context.
  • Relevant qualifications in relation to event organising/ programme or project management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Essential problem-solving skills.
  • Polished and professional manner
