Due to a restructure our client is looking to grow their Reward team by adding the position of Reward Manager. The team have moved away from a reactive function and are looking to continue on a journey of becoming more of an added value and proactive function.
The Reward Manager will support the Head of Reward in delivering a total reward framework, ensuring effective day to day delivery of the full pay, benefits and recognition offer. To provide expert advice to HR colleagues on all pay, pensions, benefits and recognition rewards. To ensure efficient practices that support the effective delivery of reward processes including annual salary and benefit reviews.
- Excellent knowledge of reward and recognition practices including pay models, job evaluation frameworks and benchmarking tools
- Significant experience of advising on a full range of pay and reward issues
- Not an expert in Pensions but be able to answer pension queries.
My client is offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 and excellent benefits package. Plus the opportunity to become the Head of Rewards successor.
