HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner£165 per day LTDMiddlesexI am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join an amazing international transport hub until the end of the year. This role will support in the delivery of a people plan that changes the business culture, raises leadership capability, and identifies a pipeline for the future. As the HR Business Partner, you will report to the Head of HR and support the Functional Leadership team.
Key Duties include:- Support other Business Partners to deliver a functional business and HR plan that supports the company vision, strategy and priority- Ensure opportunities for operational efficiency's are optimised, and return on people investment activities are maximised- Work collaboratively across the whole HR function to make best use of resources, talent/capability and skill- Manage local employee relations issues as they arise- Support the Head of HR in the development of the talent management agenda- Contribute to programmes and initiatives that will increase brand, reputation and growth- Support managers in the business with engagement plan, and well-being and diversity agenda- Provide report and analysis as required- Support and coach managers and team members to be able to deliver the people change effectively, including up-skilling HR teams on the various change tools and documents that are required- Build a plan to manage the recruitment and selection process to build a strong talent pipelineKey skills/experience:- Previous experience with change management, policy development, ER, organisational design, and project management- Proven skill influencing stakeholders and the ability to shape forward plans taking into account risks and impactsAs this role is an interim position, you must be available immediately to apply.
