Fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute and highly analytical Reward Manager to join this market leading Global business in Berkshire. This role will suit a resilient and credible Reward professional who has an adaptable style.
Reporting the the Head of HR and Development, key responsibilities will include -
- HR Policy Management - including design, maintenance and implementation
- The management of Total Reward planning and implementation across Europe
- Ownership of the regional appraisal policy and operations
You will have a proven track record in the creation of HR strategy and planning, with key achievements in a European role. You will also have significant experience of job evaluation and the ability to manage and continually enhance HR delivery in a complex and matrix environment with a strong alignment to the company philosophy and values.
Suitable candidates should also be educated to degree level and ideally be CIPD qualified.
