This is an incredible opportunity for a talent & resourcing specialist to join my client within their Talent Acquisition team in a newly created new role. Please note this role is permanent and can be full or part time.
Your new role
The successful individual will focus upon identifying and securing talented individuals for the effective delivery of projects that will support the organisation in its ambition.
You will drive innovation, quality and results to lead process excellence, improvement and overall management of the organisations Resourcing activities including the active sourcing and pipelining of talent, selection for key roles and ongoing improvement of the processes and approach.
Working across the organisation you will develop and manage a structured and coordinated global model of networks that deliver consistent, high quality, and cost effective technical leadership, expertise and coordination.
What you'll need to succeed
An experienced resourcing specialist with extensive end-to-end recruitment experience in an in-house environment, using a variety of methods to proactively and creatively source and secure talent for the organisation.
Ideally resourcing experience gained within an international organisation
Effective internal and external relationship management, excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to independently lead initiatives working with multiple teams are essential.
What you'll get in return
