Leadership Development ManagerPermanent£upto 65,000 An exciting opportunity for a Leadership Development Manager to join an international retailer. The Leadership Development Manager would be responsible for all design and delivery of programmes to the leadership population of the business. You will partner with the business partners, leadership team and the L&D team. This retail business has a phenomenal reputation with a fantastic culture and a true passion for the development of their people. You will need to demonstrate strong coaching ability as well as experience facilitating workshops and team days and strong stakeholder management. Responsibilities:Develop and design the approach to developing individuals who have high potential across the retail businessDevelop relationships with external experts in order to create a pool of leadership and talent development suppliers who can add value to the whole businessDevelop and own the approach to leadership development and all programmes to ensure development is linked to the needs of the businessProvide all delivery to senior leadership teams across the businessProvide both team and 121 coaching where required The successful candidate will push boundaries, take risks and act as a leader in the business.
