Your new role
The HR Advisor will provide comprehensive HR Advisory support to managers on the organisation on policy & procedures, employee relations, absence management, performance management and change management. The role will also support the HR management team with restructuring, redundancy and TUPE programmes and consultations. The postholder will coach managers on best practice and pro-actively suggest ideas for continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident and enthusiastic HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience and excellent employment law knowledge. Candidates will be CIPD qualified, and have worked in large and complex environments.
