I am looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the HR team within a prestigious London/New York based Law firm. The role offers excellent progression for a passionate and ambitious graduate keen to progress their career within in house professional services recruitment.
The role involves:
Screening applications, progressing to video interviews, scheduling and managing the formal interview process.
Arranging assessment days, liaising with candidates and interviewers as well as ensuring all relevant documents are prepared for the role.
Supporting the recruitment team at law fairs and other marketing events.
Ad hoc administrative tasks.
A recent graduate, with a genuine interest in HR and Recruitment.
Must be well presented and able to conduct themselves in a corporate environment
Must have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
You should also possess excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and be interested in developing your career within HR.
