This is a truly one off / unique opportunity for a talented 'specialist' recruiter. My client is a world leader in their field and thus they will only recruit the best of the best, therefore finding their new recruitment specialist is no normal campaign!!! You will need to be able to search the industry and your network for those hard to find candidates, head hunting, referrals, and outside the box recruitment. You will be continuously looking to develop talent banks and building a wider network to support the growth of the business and future proofing its success by building a continual stream of highly desirable candidates. You will need to be a creative, savvy and top of your game to find hard-to-find candidates in a way that strengthens this iconic brand.
You will partner all areas of the business, by liaising with them to understand their specialism, managing expectations, pushing back to maintain momentum in the recruitment process, taking part in interviews / assessments and on boarding the successful candidate. This role will allow you to complete the full internal recruitment cycle. The environment is a busy one and to be successful here you will need to be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile and be curious and innovative in regards to your approach to the market. You will need to understand the business quickly and effectively, provide confidence to the management team in the future of their talent pipeline.
