Talent Development Manager
I have been asked to partner a household name and market leader in the search for their new Talent Development Manager.
My client is looking for an experienced individual to lead the team responsible for shaping the leadership and personal development agenda whilst demonstrating ongoing returns on investment.
The role holder will partner with external providers, manage the budget and diagnose business needs. You will also be responsible for shaping a world class development offer that makes the business an attractive employer and ensure LMS is fully utilised to ensure easy access learning solutions.
The role will be managing a team of L&D Experts/Trainers including e-learning, digital and deliverers.
To be successful in this role you will have a number of year's experience in a strategic management role within L&D.
You will be experienced in strategic design, implementation and sign off L&D programme's.
Used to leading, developing and challenging a team of L&D experts
CIPD & TAP Design would be desirable.
Extensive partner experience
TO have owned Talent Reviews and Succession Plan infrastructures
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of 'latest' developments in learning from a personal and leadership development perspective.
Experience of leading an internal team and of managing a network learning providers.
Take Complex and make it easy to access and to understand - pragmatic with technical mastery.
This role is UK wide with a base in Shropshire. Home working will also be possible. A company car is provided for this role.
