A prestigious international Law Firm that is a reputable and industry leading firm, forward thinking in its approach based in Central London.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the efficient, effective provision of HR & L&D to the firm's trainee population of 200 trainees. You will be heavily involved in the recruitment, on-boarding and L&D lifecycle of these trainees as they work their way through the firm's graduate cycle. You will be the point of contact for any HR queries and issues that arise within this population.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong HR Generalist with a passion for L&D. You will have had exposure to the graduate recruitment lifecycle and ideally have professional services experience.
