-Providing frontline HR advisory support in a wide range of ER matters
-Managing ad-hoc projects and supporting HR Business Partners to deliver the HR plan
-Managing flexible working applications
-Supporting the development and delivery of the people plan
-Developing business-wide HR policies
-Supporting with recruitment processes
-Supporting the Chief Operating Officer as and when required
-Minimum 2 years experience within an advisor/officer role is essential
-Prior exposure to working in a professional services environment is desirable
-The ability to interact with key stakeholders in a credible and confident manner
-Enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop
