Process Analyst - Talent & Organisational EffectivenessNorth West London£35,0000-£40,000 per annum4-6 month contract My client are a multinational FMCG business based in North West London. The business is going through transformation within their Talent Acquisition team, and therefore need this Process Analyst to join the business and assist with the remodelling and streamlining of the recruitment process. The purpose of the role is to enable brilliant execution of the people process, through efficient and effective governance to deliver their goal to drive increased productivity. Duties will include but are not limited to: Support the overriding people process governance across all marketsCreate, document, and maintain relevant processesStreamline and remodel end to end processesDesign, create, and maintain process policies and standardsRemapping pipelineDesign an successful candidate experienceDefine KPI's and targetsMaintain an external perspective on best practiseEnsure efficient and effective use of the investment into HR systemsRunning workshops Key skills/experience: Previous recruitment experience and understandingExperience within a process role at both operational and strategic levelProject management experienceKnowledge of how to apply appropriate models/frameworks/best practisePreferable Workday experienceAbility to drive performance and report effectively on it As this is a contract role, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
