A global Investment Bank is looking for a Compensation AVP to join the EMEA Compensation team in London.

Reporting into the Head of Compensation, the AVP will work in a small team taking responsibility for all regional compensation activities. Other responsibilities include:

Taking on a key role in the year end compensation process in the region, working closely with the broader HR team and payroll

Assisting with analytical assignments and providing analytical support to key stakeholders during the year end process

Managing the regional MRT identification process

Providing specialist support to HR Advisers and the business in respect of senior hires, exits and international relocations

Build excellent relationships with HR peers

Key requirements:

Experience supporting or leading on a yearend compensation process

Strong excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets

Confident supporting and preparing information for RemCo

Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels

Experience within a regulated environment would be ideal
