A global Investment Bank is looking for a Compensation AVP to join the EMEA Compensation team in London. Reporting into the Head of Compensation, the AVP will work in a small team taking responsibility for all regional compensation activities. Other responsibilities include:Taking on a key role in the year end compensation process in the region, working closely with the broader HR team and payrollAssisting with analytical assignments and providing analytical support to key stakeholders during the year end processManaging the regional MRT identification processProviding specialist support to HR Advisers and the business in respect of senior hires, exits and international relocationsBuild excellent relationships with HR peers Key requirements:Experience supporting or leading on a yearend compensation processStrong excel skills and ability to manipulate large data setsConfident supporting and preparing information for RemCoAbility to build relationships with individuals at all levelsExperience within a regulated environment would be ideal To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
