HRIS & Reward Analyst
An international brokerage is currently looking for an individual to come on board as a permanent member of the business looking after the organisations HR Systems & Data. This opportunity sits as part of a medium sized global HR team and will require someone who is confident getting involved in a variety of different tasks as it in an extremely hybrid role consisting of systems, analytics and reward. The Systems & Data Analyst will have sole responsibility for all system related matters across HR, including payroll, flex bens, recruitment, L&D and the companies bespoke reward system. They will also be heavily involved in HR Analytics and assist with the annual reward process. Key responsibilities:Key point of contact for all systems related matters and analytics across HR.Suggest improvements for developing current HR systems & create a road map for portfolios.Maintenance and ownership of user process notes for HR systems.Prepare reporting dashboard on key HR analytics to present meaningful information to management.Assist in the annual reward process ensuring data integrity.Vendor management. Key requirements:Excellent analytical skills and an advanced user of Excel.Strong understanding of HR systems and ability to pick up new systems quickly.Understanding of the annual reward process would be extremely beneficial.Commercial understanding of business's and ability to take meaningful information from systems and present necessary findings back to the wider HR team.Strong data manipulation skills.Previous experience with coding ideal.
