You will be supporting one of the busiest and demanding functional areas, so the ideal candidate will have over 2 years’ experience in a broad generalist role encompassing all day to day HR duties including employee life cycle, Recruitment, ER issues, queries on maternity/paternity, flexible benefits, sick pay, probation, performance etc.
The HR team are recognised for their efficiency, prompt responses and providing a 5* service to the business, so the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate these characteristics and skills and will have gained their experience within a professional services firm.
