HR Business Partner is required for a Payments Company based in North West London. This person will be responsible for supporting the HR Director to deliver people related activities and initiatives
Duties will include developing strong working relationships with senior managers and other stake holders, ensuring full implementation and management of all people related policies and practices to comply with legislation and follow best practice and assisting in delivering business objectives through activities such as succession planning, talent planning, manpower planning and together with L&D
If you have proven HR generalist experience in a Financial Services, FinTech or payments sector and experience ranging from ER to recruitment to family related leave.
