Reporting into the UK HR Director, the role of Commercial HR Business Partner will support a high impact and commercial Sales and Marketing function predominantly based around London and the surrounding Home Counties. Partnering at senior level, this role will demand visibility, impact and the experience and persona to consult, act, push the status quo where needed and facilitate change and progress. Putting oneself at the core of the decision-making process and having an impact on determinations that directly affect the bottom line will excite and energise the right person.
The successful candidate will have the experience, intellectual rigour and aptitude to partner the senior leadership team in developing the business strategy and the future 'route map'. They will be impactful and able to challenge the status quo delicately from time to time, whilst harnessing this business' natural entrepreneurship and ambition and helping drive the Sales and Marketung teams. The client group will want you embedded at every shake of the dice!
A strong ambitious generalist who has gained their spurs within a deeply commercial business will be required here. Experience within a sales led environment where business is won and celebrated, where the role of HR is to channel entrepreneurial spirit and drive will work well.
