Ashley Kate HR are working with a well establish, Manufacturing and distribution organisation based in Spalding. Due to the growth in the business are seeking to appoint a HR Officer who is forward thinking and not scared to challenge the status quo.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing ER (employee relations) cases across all areas. This will include lateness, absence, disciplinarians and grievances. As the HR Business Partner, you will also work within a heavily unionised environment so will need to have experience of building strong relationships with unions and know how they work.
