We are delighted to be supporting our client with their search for a HR Advisor to join their busy head office based in Bedfordshire. Working as part of a team of 10 you will be responsible for assisting with the support of circa 7000 staff nationwide via telephone and email.
You will have ER experience, which doesn’t need to be as a lead, as the role will be 80% casework. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and supporting a high volume of ER cases which will include performance management and absence issues amongst others. You will have a great opportunity to get involved with TUPE, no experience needed as there will be support from colleagues to build your exposure.
You will have a real interest in ER and be a creative person who is caring and open minded. CIPD qualification is an advantage although relevant experience is more important.
