Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a UK leading retail brand who are currently looking to hire a Reward Analyst to join their team.As a Reward Analyst you will be reporting into the Reward Manager and will have numerous responsibilities including:Working on the annual pay review and bonus schemesSupporting with benchmarkingLeading and supporting on a number of projects including gender pay reportingAdvising and guiding managers and other stakeholders in the businessWe are looking for someone who has experience working in a reward setting and has worked on annual pay reviews and bonus processes. You must also have experience with benchmarking salaries and job matching.
