Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a UK leading retail brand who are currently looking to hire a Reward Analyst to join their team.

As a Reward Analyst you will be reporting into the Reward Manager and will have numerous responsibilities including:

Working on the annual pay review and bonus schemes

Supporting with benchmarking

Leading and supporting on a number of projects including gender pay reporting

Advising and guiding managers and other stakeholders in the business

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a reward setting and has worked on annual pay reviews and bonus processes. You must also have experience with benchmarking salaries and job matching. We are looking for someone who is confident when it comes to speaking to the wider business and is happy to talk about their findings with senior stakeholders.
