Reward & Recognition Analyst, Greater Manchester, £45k

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working with a client to find a permanent Reward & Recognition Analyst to join the team based in Salford.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic support
*Responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of the strategic direction for the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies.
*To develop a "total rewards" offering for the organisation
*To provide key support to HR colleagues in developing the organisations approach to EVP (employee value proposition)
*To provide support in managing the communication and implementation of the "total" rewards approach, through effective employee engagement and managing stakeholder relationships
*To ensure our reward and recognition approach adopts best practice and is sustainable, affordable and places strong emphasis on employee well-being, engagement and performance and other non-pay benefits
*To provide advice and support in the planning and delivery of annual pay review processes
*To work collaboratively with other HR and payroll colleagues to ensure efficient and effective delivery of reward programmes, to ensure a consistent and appropriately effective approach is applied on reward activities including executive appointments, role evaluations and local ad-hoc compensation issues
*Ensuring all aspects of our rewards and recognition approach is fair by being focused on diversity and inclusiveness to ensure accessibility and equality of approach to all colleagues.

Data analysis

*To conduct detailed and complex analysis and modelling of pay data and pay
*To be responsible for reward data analytics and external benchmarking of pay/salaries/reward structures
*To be responsible for developing benefits management information to inform levels of engagement and develop strategies to support targeted benefits take up
*To provide accurate management information and data on a regular basis
*To develop qualitative and quantitative measures to monitor the effectiveness of the reward and benefits strategy and initiatives
*To develop and maintain Reward and Job Family Frameworks
