Our client is a fast growing media company based in London. Due to their continued success and growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial HR professional looking to further develop their generalist HR and Business Partnering skills.
Working closely with your client group, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This will involve partnering with business leaders to identify organisational and people priorities and adopt a collaborative, solutions focussed approach to delivering their ambitious business strategy.
A CIPD qualified graduate, with ideally a minimum of 5 years’ HR experience gained within a commercially driven environment, you will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. Experience of managing, planning and implementing projects is essential along with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when necessary. A proven track record of managing sensitive employee relation issues is key, along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously without corporate HR structures. Some experience of Internal Communications and Engagement would be desirable.
